Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026
The short version
This site collects as little as possible. If you join the mailing list, your email address is used only to send you the Signal Starter Kit and news about new books. It is never sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
What is collected
- Your email address, only if you sign up for the mailing list. It is stored by MailerLite, the email service that sends the newsletter, along with basic delivery data such as when an email was opened.
- Anonymous visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
- Standard server logs kept by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, for security and reliability.
Links to Amazon
Book links go to Amazon. Once you're there, Amazon's own privacy policy applies. These are not affiliate links.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To have your email address deleted, or to ask what information is held about you, write to hello@bobbycsanchez.com.
Children
This site and its mailing list are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
